Healthy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

sugar free crepes recipeAs I recently have a little time, I was looking on the web last week. Trying to get new, fascinating thoughts, inspirational dishes that We have never tried before, to surprise my loved ones with. Searching for a while yet could not find any interesting stuff. Just before I wanted to give up on it, I stumbled on this scrumptious and simple treat simply by chance. It looked so mouth-watering on its pic, it called for fast actions.
It was not difficult to imagine the way it’s created, how it tastes and just how much my husband might like it. Actually, it is rather easy to impress the guy when it comes to puddings. Anyhow, I went to the blog: Suncakemom and simply followed the step-by-step instuctions that were combined with superb snap shots of the task. It just makes life less difficult. I can suppose it’s a slight inconvenience to shoot photos down the middle of baking in the kitchen as you may usually have gross hands and so i highly appreciate the time and energy she put in to make this blogpost and recipe easily followed.
That being said I’m inspired presenting my very own recipes similarly. Many thanks for the thought.
I was fine tuning the main mixture to make it for the taste of my family. I can tell you it had been an incredible outcome. They loved the flavour, the thickness and enjoyed having a sweet such as this in the midst of a hectic workweek. They ultimately asked for more, more and more. So next time I’m not going to make the same miscalculation. I’m likely to double the volume .

Healthy oatmeal cookies are the best snack choice. They are easy to make, give you energy and the perfect little treats even if you are on a sugar free diet.
Healthy oatmeal cookies fit in our no sugar, reduced wheat diet. It takes practically 10 minutes to make them and probably the same time to eat them. Well, of course it depends on the quantity you’re baking. You can also stash and hide the cookies to some places that only you know. 😉
Ingredients:
50 grams butter
How to make oatmeal cookies:
1. Get the oat ready by making oat flour. You might wonder how. Easiest thing, measure and put oat into a blender or food processor. Grind it into oat flour. It’ll literally take seconds to make.
2. Pour oat flour into a bowl. Place bananas and the butter in too.
3. Squash bananas and butter with your hands. Work them well into the oat flour. (If you have kids, get them involved, they will love it.)
4. Put egg, honey and baking powder into the bowl, too. Work the dough together until you get an even mixture. Something like this:
5. Use a spoon to place little lumps on the tray.
6. Flatten lumps into cookie form with the back of the spoon, you used previously.
7. Wash and dry strawberries. Slice them circle shape.
8. Place strawberries on top of each cookie as decoration.
8. Put tray into the pre-heated (180 C degree) oven for 15 minutes to bake.
9. Take oatmeal cookies out when they are golden brown.
10. Let them cool a bit before eating.
